Dr. Kaveh Karimnejad, MD
Kaveh Karimnejad, MD is an Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon that Andros ENT & Sleep Center is excited to welcome starting November 1st, 2022. Dr. Karimnejad earned his Medical Doctorate at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed five years of specialty training in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck surgery at his alma mater, Saint Louis University. During this time, he earned several awards in recognition of his research.
To further develop his skills as a specialist, Dr. Karimnejad went on to complete a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Louisiana State University conducted by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. At Louisiana State University, he served as a Clinical Instructor, teaching surgical residents in both head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery. He spent the early part of his career at the Mayo Clinic in Mankato where he established a new facial plastic and reconstructive surgery practice. He also served as an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology department of the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.
Dr. Karimnejad has contributed to the advancement of medicine with his numerous published articles in the fields of facial plastic surgery and head and neck surgery. He is an accomplished, skilled surgeon with a reputation for quality care. Andros ENT & Sleep Center is thrilled to extend his care to all of our patients.
Dr. Inell Rosario, MD
Inell Rosario, MD, is board-certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and sleep medicine. She is the president of Andros ENT & Sleep Center in Inver Grove Heights and Roseville, Minnesota.
Dr. Rosario was born and raised on Andros, an island in the Bahamas. She graduated from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts and went on to attend medical school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She then completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
When she isn’t working at the clinic, Dr. Rosario likes to exercise, play basketball, and do mission work. She is married and has two children.

Dr. Cornelia Dahm, MD MPH ABIHM
Dr. Dahm attended medical school in Heidelberg, Germany and completed her internship and residency at the University of Minnesota. She also did a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical care at the University of Washington. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine.
With a passion for helping people sleep and be well, Dr. Dahm is a careful listener and always tries to understand where patients are on their life’s path. She works together with patients to complete thorough assessments and find the best solutions for each individual. She is dedicated to compassionate and patient-centered care, where the patient is always informed. She is especially experienced in helping patients with sleep-disordered breathing, such as sleep apnea, and she can always identify barriers to success, break down those barriers, and provide customized treatment.
In her free time, Dr. Dahm enjoys chasing after her two boys and husband, cooking, gardening, spending time in nature, yoga and other exercise activities with family, reading and photography.
AUDIOLOGY
Scott Hagans, Hearing Instrument Dispenser, HID
Scott Hagans is a graduate of Brown College, a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Minnesota and a member of the Minnesota Hearing Healthcare Providers. Scott’s background stems from his family’s long-term involvement in the hearing industry, a solid foundation from which he’s built his skillset. Scott’s ability to blend this background with a high measure of compassion and care allows him to provide a level of service that few other hearing care professionals can match. His experience includes working in private practice environments dispensing all major brands of hearing instruments. Scott is proficient in hearing evaluations, testing and fittings, Real Ear/Speech Mapping verification, tinnitus therapy and aural rehabilitation.
Deanna Zapata, Hearing Aid Liaison
Deana Zapata is the Hearing Aid Liaison at Andros ENT and Audiology in Inver Grove Heights. She has been in the hearing industry for nearly 7 years. Her passion for people, and their well-being, makes this the perfect career for her. She loves the opportunity to work with wonderful people on all sides of the “better hearing experience.” Her passion for people, provides our patients with unrivaled care and compassion. When not at work, she enjoys offering hospitality and fun to friends, family and strangers by hosting karaoke parties. “Music seems to be a perfect way of uniting people for a few hours of fun,” she states. She also enjoys writing poetry, taking walks, reading, and experimenting with new recipes.

Leslie Van Scoyk – Sleep Center
Leslie has 7 years of experience in Sleep Technology and Sleep Studies. She graduated College in 2011 with an Associates in Applied Science degree with a specialty in Polysomnographic Technology while performing her clinical rotation doing internship at the U of M and HCMC. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Sunshine during warm weather months, Traveling and being with family and friends which include her two dogs.
